What to expect in the consultation
The consultation takes the time needed for a proper assessment. It includes a detailed history in English, full ENT examination, otoscopy of both ears and, when clinically indicated, nasal endoscopy with a thin flexible scope to visualise the septum, turbinates, nasal valve, nasopharynx and sinus drainage. If additional tests are needed (audiogram, sleep study, allergy testing, imaging), they are explained clearly and ordered with the right justification for your insurance.
